Ohio State basketball stays undefeated with an 86-51 blowout win over Stetson


COLUMBUS, Ohio — Andre Wesson had missed the last two Ohio State basketball games after suffering an eye injury in a win over Cincinnati. The Buckeyes’ lone senior made his return Monday night in an 86-51 blowout win over Stetson, scoring six points in 21 minutes off the bench. He and CJ Walker — five points and five assists — were the only Buckeyes to play at least 20 minutes. Ohio State never trailed and had the game in hand by the 12-minute mark of the first half. While the Buckeyes offense ran smoothly, the Hatters didn’t score their first points until Christiaan Jones — who finished with nine points — banked in a 3-pointer at the end of the shot clock almost four minutes into the game.
