PISCATAWAY, N.J. — Ohio State football’s best player Chase Young is back after serving a two-game suspension for a minor NCAA violation. The Buckeyes didn’t need Young to beat Maryland or Rutgers, but it will need him in its next five games if it wants to win a National Championship. The last time we saw Young on the field, he tied an Ohio State single-game sack record and pass rushed his way into the Heisman Trophy conversation.
