COLUMBUS, Ohio — No. 16 Ohio State basketball’s head coach Chris Holtmann has a knack for tempering expectations and putting things into perspective. He did that for much of the non-conference schedule last season, and after a 76-51 win over No. 10 Villanova, he once again found a way to tell everyone to calm down without actually saying those words. “Probably two or three times have I ever been a part of a game, as a head coach, where almost everything goes your way,” Holtmann said after the win. “Very rarely do you have games like that. The players made plays, but obviously, we were in a very good rhythm.
