Ohio State's Chase Young to Return from Suspension vs. Penn State on Nov. 23

He’ll miss Rutgers, return. That means Young will be eligible for the huge Nov. 23 matchup against Penn State. Young has enjoyed a historic season for the 9-0 Buckeyes, the No. 2 team in the nation, racking up 13.5 sacks and five forced fumbles. He even had an outside shot at breaking ex-Arizona State linebacker (and current Arizona Cardinals linebacker) Terrell Suggs’ official Division I-FBS single-season sack record of 24.
