COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State football’s domination of Maryland, and LSU’s win over Alabama, bumped the Buckeyes up one spot in the Associated Press Top 25 poll. Ohio State took over the No. 2 spot for the first time in Sunday’s new poll. LSU retained its No. 1 spot, while Alabama fell to fourth, behind Clemson. Minnesota jumped from No. 13 to 7 following its 31-26 victory over former No. 5 Penn State. The Nittany Lions dropped all the way to No. 9. Michigan held at No. 14, Wisconsin slid up one spot to No. 15, Iowa fell to No. 23 after a two-point road loss to the Badgers, and Indiana entered the poll at No. 24.
