COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State basketball gave fans their first look at its 2019-20 team in a 95-52 win over Division II school Cedarville Wednesday night. The Yellow Jackets got off to a hot start, shooting as high as 53 percent and taking a 26-25 lead deep into the first half. But then the Buckeyes closed out the half with a 19-4 run to take permanent control. Ohio State outscored Cedarville 53-25 in the second half, making 20 of its 29 second-half shots while holding Cedarville to just 28.1 percent. Ohio State committed just five turnovers, forcing 21. Kaleb Wesson finished with 23 points and seven rebounds while making all but two of his 11 shots, including 3-of-4 from three-point range.
