Urban Meyer, the professor, appeared last night as Ohio State’s fall semester is underway in Columbus. An assistant athletic director at Ohio State and studio analyst for FOX College Football, Meyer co-teaches a “character and leadership” course at the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State alongside Lt. Col. Charles Buchanan, who is a lecturer in the business school and served 15 years in the U.S. military. He served tours in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Kosovo. “Leaders create culture. Culture drives behavior. Behavior produces results,” said Meyer on Wednesday evening.
