COLUMBUS, Ohio — Two more Ohio State football newcomers can officially call themselves Buckeyes. Offensive linemen Dawand Jones and Enokk Vimahi lost their black stripes following Ohio State’s Wednesday evening practice. Both players committed to the Buckeyes during the late signing period and arrived over the summer. Though neither is expected to have a major impact as true freshmen this season. Jordan Fuller nominated for William V. Campbell Trophy Ohio State safety Jordan Fuller has been nominated for the 2019 William V. Campbell Trophy. The awards that is nicknamed the “Academic Heisman” is given to the college football player with the best combination of academics, community service and on-field performance. Fuller is a three-time OSU Scholar-Athlete and led the Buckeyes in tackles last season.
