Ryan Day had plenty of decisions to make leading up to his first game as Ohio State’s full-time head coach. He had to make a call on who his starting quarterback would be. He had to decide on his starting five offensive linemen, as well as help pick starters on what the Buckeyes hope will be a much-improved defense. The list goes on. But one important decision, and one that probably goes under the radar, was deciding where his staff members will be on game day. While this may not seem important to the average fan, putting the right coaches in the right place for the game goes a long way to winning and losing in football.
