COLUMBUS, Ohio — Justin Fields, Gunnar Hoak and Chris Chugunov are Ohio State’s three quarterback options for 2019. None of them have started a college football game. None of them began their college careers at Ohio State. All of them spoke with reporters on Sunday. Most of the questions Hoak took were about his decision to transfer from Kentucky to Ohio State, and why he chose to throw himself into a quarterback room with Fields, who was the No. 2 recruit in the nation in the Class of 2018.
