COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ryan Day era at Ohio State officially gets underway on Friday with the first fall camp practice for the Buckeyes. And they enter fall camp ranked fifth in the nation in the preseason Amway Coaches Poll. Ohio State did not receive a first-place vote, but is ranked as the top team in the Big Ten. Reigning national champion Clemson is No. 1 with 59 of the 65 possible first-place votes. Alabama, which is ranked second, got the other six. Georgia at No. 3 and Oklahoma at No. 4 round out the top five. Also making the top 25 out of the Big Ten are Michigan (7), Penn State (14), Wisconsin (17), Iowa (19), Michigan State (20) and Northwestern (25). Here is the full Amway Coaches Poll: 1.
