COLUMBUS, Ohio — The month of August means that any scholarship offer Ohio State makes to a 2020 recruit is now official. Many players already committed in its 2020 class announced their official offers on Twitter including Paris Johnson Jr. and Darrion Henry of Princeton High School. For those players, the official offers just meant that they can now apply for college, but not every offer made today was just a formality. Friday, Ohio State could potentially strike out on its three top running back targets when Bijan Robinson of Salpointe Catholic (Ariz.) High School makes a decision at 3 p.m. ET.
