COLUMBUS, Ohio — 247Sports.com released an article ranking the top 25 jerseys from the 2018 football season. Though there is certainly some good ones on their list, I don’t agree with the majority of the teams in the top five. So I’ve decided to give my own rankings based on the 25 schools that list. But before we get into those five teams, here are the criteria: Color scheme: Some colors allow you to use different tones; some allow limitless possibilities with accessories and some look cool when a jersey is all one color. So having underwhelming team colors already removes you from consideration. Variety: If a team is coming into a football season in 2019 with only a home jersey and an away jersey, then it needs to step up its repertoire.
