Kendall Milton, five-star running back target, commits to Georgia: Buckeye recruiting news


COLUMBUS, Ohio — Kendall Milton of Buchanan (Calif.) High School announced Monday evening that he has committed to Georgia. The five-star running back listed Ohio State among his top four schools — the others were Alabama and LSU — but ultimately decided on the Bulldogs. Milton took an official visit to Columbus on May 31 and said that he was impressed with the Buckeyes, but it has long been expected that he’d choose Georgia. He is Georgia’s third five-star recruit, joining Mekhail Sherman of St. John’s College (D.C.) High School — whose decision came down to the Buckeyes and the Bulldogs — and Broderick Jones of Lithonia (Ga.) High School. His commitment leaves the Buckeyes still looking to land a running back for their 2020 recruiting class. It is the only position they do not have at least a four-star player at.
