The Pac-12 to consider earlier kickoff times this season: Buckeye Breakfast


COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Pac-12 Conference has spent this offseason trying to find ways to garner interest in its football teams. It started by announcing that the conference championship game will head to Las Vegas in 2020. Now it’s considering moving kick-off times to 9 a.m. pacific time. The idea behind the potential change will be so that people on the east coast will have the chance to watch west coast games without having to stay up until 1 a.m to do so. This way east coast resident can see those games at noon. The only time that a Pac-12 team has been represented in the College Football Playoff was in its inaugural when Oregon lost to Ohio State in the championship.
