EASTLAKE, Ohio — Medical marijuana has been sold in Ohio since January, but the product’s cultivators and processors continue to work to offer new products for those seeking relief from one of the state’s approved conditions. Buckeye Relief, a medical marijuana processor in Eastlake, received its Processing Certificate of Operation from the Ohio Board of Commerce in June. The certificate allows the company to provide dispensaries with alternatives to flower, including edibles and concentrates.
