COLUMBUS, Ohio — Justin Flowe of Upland (Calif.) High School has announced that Ohio State is among his final schools for consideration. His list includes Alabama, Arizona State, Clemson, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Miami (Fla.), Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas and USC along with the Buckeyes. Flowe is rated as the No. 3 player and the top inside linebacker in the 2020 recruiting class. He hasn’t made a visit to Columbus yet, but has already taken multiple visits to perceived front-runner USC. He’s also visited ASU, Clemson, LSU, Georgia along with Miami (Fla.) and plans to visit Oregon for its spring game this weekend. From the looks of things, though the Buckeyes made the cut for his top 12, they seem to be closer to the bottom of that list for now.
