COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ryan Day hasn’t handed out jobs before. This fall, Ohio State’s new football coach will make the final call on the 22 starters for the 2019 Buckeyes. He doesn’t expect it to be that difficult. “Most of the time, it’s already going to be decided,” Day said Wednesday. “You know who the starter is.” Nothing will be decided by Saturday’s spring game in Ohio Stadium.
