Bay City (Mich.) Central 2020 wide receiver Devell Washington has been to Ohio State many times – everything from Friday Night Lights, to a game, and a regular recruiting visit. In fact, Washington has been to Ohio State at least four times just since the beginning of last summer including Urban Meyer’s return to the sidelines game in late September as the Buckeyes rolled over Tulane 49-6. Washington also has seen the Buckeyes play on the road. He was a guest of Michigan State last season as Ohio State defeated the Spartans 26-6 in East Lansing. “It was kind of cool to see,” Washington said at the time. “I went to the game my freshman year and two years later I have offers from both schools.
