LINCOLN — Nebraska lost its third straight game Saturday afternoon, 70-60 to Ohio State The Buckeyes snapped a five-game losing streak with the win. Nebraska has now lost five of its last seven games. James Palmer led Nebraska with 19 points and four assists, but NU played as poorly as it has all season on the offensive end. The Huskers scored a season-low 24 points in the first half, and shot just 36 percent from the floor. The Buckeyes bullied Nebraska down low, out-rebounding the Huskers 45-31. Ohio State scored 14 second chance points to Nebraska’s two, 26 points in the paint to Nebraska’s 24 and OSU shot 41 percent from the floor.
