Ohio State may have seen its dream of hosting an NCAA quarterfinal slip away when Minnesota Duluth repaid the Buckeyes’ sweep from November. OSU dropped two spots in the Ratings Percentage Index, and as it gets later in the year, it takes longer to climb than it does to fall. Providence was looking to rebound from a sweep at the hands of Boston University as it hosted a series versus New Hampshire. Friday night’s 4-0 win was fine; Saturday’s 5-0 defeat was not.
