We’ve come to know the Ohio State Buckeyes football hype trailers as a work of video art. Between cutting edge graphics and effects, it’s that midweek preview that gets us anxious for Saturday to arrive. Well, this week’s trailer has dropped. And like always, it’s a good one. Opening with the assembling of a camera, the trailer quickly cuts to highlights from last week’s win against the Oregon State Beavers. The dramatic music crescendos and mixes with highlights, before ending with the Big Ten Championship football trophy piece being raised as confetti falls. The final shot, fittingly, is the snap of the camera pointed at the audience. Coming in at two minutes, there is definitely a lot to get hyped about for Saturday’s Big Ten opening contest with the Rutgers Scarlet Knights.
