COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State moved up one spot to No. 4, and Michigan fell from No. 14 to No. 21 in this week’s Associated Press college football poll. The top-three remained the same with Alabama, Clemson and Georgia topping the poll. The Buckeyes were the only Big Ten team to move up.
