The NFL season kicks off in 100 days, and in honor of the countdown the website SportsBettingDime.com has released a slew of future and proposition bets. One of them ranks Cincinnati Bengals coach Marvin Lewis among the favorites to be the first coach fired in 2018, which is curious given that team owner and president Mike Brown had a chance to cut ties with Lewis at the end of last season and instead gave him a two-year contract extension.
