4-star linebacker Cade Stover commits to Ohio State: What it means for the Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio — One of Ohio’s top prospects for 2019 is staying close to home. Four-star outside linebacker Cade Stover from Lexington committed to Ohio State on Sunday. Stover, who is 6-foot-4, 225 pounds, is the No. 4 player in Ohio, the No. 8 outside linebacker and the No. 130 player in the 247Sports.com rankings. His commitment gives the Buckeyes eight commits for 2019 and their third from Ohio. He also had offers from Michigan, Oklahoma, Penn State, Texas and Wisconsin among others.
