Remember when Iowa beat down Ohio State, 55-24, to give the Buckeyes its second loss of the season? Oh course you do. It was an incredible victory for the Hawkeyes, who routed the Buckeyes by forcing QB J.T. Barrett to throw 4 interceptions and Hawkeye QB Nathan Stanley dominated by throwing 5 touchdowns and 0 interceptions. Aside from the fantastic performance on the football field, something else that will inevitably mean more is now coming from that victory. On Saturday night, two Hawkeyes announced on Twitter that they would be auctioning off their jerseys, cleats and helmets from the game and donating that money to the University of Iowa Children’s Hospital. The two players are Miles Taylor and Josh Jackson. Jackson, for those who may not remember, picked off the Buckeyes’ QB 3 times in the game.
