The Ohio State Buckeyes’ recruiting class for 2018 just got a little bit stronger. Four-star wide receiver Chris Olave (San Marcos, CA / Mission Hills) announced that he will be attending Ohio State. Olave made the decision known on Twitter. Out of San Marcos, Calif., Olave was considered the 42nd best prospect out of the Golden State, and was graded as the 54th best wide receiver in the class, according to 247sports. Twenty schools made offers to Olave, with a trio of Pac-12 programs (UCLA, USC and Utah) making it down to his final four. However, it was the Buckeyes that were ultimately chosen.
