PISCATAWAY — For the second time this season, Rutgers is getting the primetime treatment. Of course, having another nationally ranked foe come to town is a big reason for that. The Rutgers-Ohio State matchup on Sept. 30 has been slotted as a 7:30 p.m. kickoff, the Big Ten announced Monday morning. The game will air on the Big Ten Network. Ohio State is off to a 2-1 start, defeating Indiana (49-21) and Army (38-7) and losing to now-No. 3 Oklahoma (31-16). The Buckeyes are ranked No. 10 in the latest AP Top 25 and No. 9 in the USA TODAY/Coaches polls.
