Greene also posted a video interview with Smith on Sunday morning where the highly touted wide receiver says he has already decided on where he will play college football. Smith — a 6-foot-6, 210-pound prospect from the Dayton area — is expected to pick between UK and Ohio State, and he’s planning to make that announcement during the weekend of Aug. 25-27. UK already has a commitment from Smith’s friend and high school teammate — highly touted defensive lineman Alex Reigelsperger — and he is the Wildcats’ top remaining recruiting target in the 2018 class. Ohio State has also made Smith a recruiting priority, however, and the Buckeyes have received the last 13 predictions on Smith’s Crystal Ball page.…
