Tisdale announced the offer Tuesday evening. Rated the No. 4 dual-threat quarterback in the 2019 class, Tisdale (6-1 204) was a backup quarterback last year as a sophomore for Allen High School in Allen, Texas. Despite being a backup, he still played in a number of games, completing 34-of-55 passes for 522 yards, with six touchdowns and two interceptions. He also rushed for 185 yards and three touchdowns.
