COLUMBUS — The Buckeyes will be replacing just three starters on offense in 2017 in H-back Curtis Samuel, wide receiver Noah Brown, and center Pat Elflein. When you combine eight returning starters with former Indiana head coach Kevin Wilson as offensive coordinator, things would seem to be looking up on the offensive side of the ball for the Buckeyes.
