Michigan, as expected, remained No. 3 in the second set of rankings. The Wolverines’ forever arch rival, Ohio State, is No. 5. But should the Buckeyes be No. 4, ahead of Washington? Think about it. Ohio State has wins over three teams ranked by the committee: No. 11 Oklahoma, N0. 7 Wisconsin and No. 19 Nebraska. Two of those (Oklahoma and Wisconsin) came on the road, while the home win over Nebraska last week came by a score of 62-3. Washington has one win over a Top 25 team: No. 15 Utah.
