Barrett is used to playing in front of large crowds, whether they be in support of or against the Buckeyes. And after two lopsided wins over Bowling Green State University and the University of Tulsa at Ohio Stadium, the third-ranked Buckeyes will take their show on the road for their first away game of the regular season at the University of Oklahoma at the Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium in a battle of top 10 teams tonight. “It’ll be a great environment for college football,” Barrett said. “It’s going to be loud. We’ll be pumping noise at our practices to work on communication this week, so that should help. I’ll do my best to be really loud so next time you talk to me I probably won’t have my voice.” Although Barrett has plenty of live-game experience in front of big crowds, many of his teammates do not.
