As he describes plotting every little detail and practically leading the baby Buckeyes by the hand, the image of a sneering Allen Iverson comes into focus. Practice? We’re talking about practice? Well, yes, if only to illustrate how much work Meyer and his staff are putting into developing and accelerating the maturity of a squad that counts 46 true or redshirt freshmen among its 85 scholarship players.
