COLUMBUS — Ohio State put its first spring football practice in the books Tuesday and the Bucks got what they wanted. “I was expecting high energy and that’s what we got,” Meyer told reporters. “We got what we wanted.” Meyer’s 2016 Buckeyes features a roster that includes just 35 letterman off last year’s team, only six returning starters and 28 scholarship players with freshman eligibility status.
