There’s a new top job this year; Texas, last year’s No. 1, has been bumped. The Rebels and Bears have ridden a wave from conference basement-dwellers to championship contenders. They are among the biggest risers in our rankings of the best Power 5 jobs in the country. The mid-level group of Power 5 coaching jobs has its limitations. But don’t tell that to Iowa, Mississippi State or South Carolina fans, for whom expectations might be greater than reality.
