INDIANAPOLIS — Getting drafted in the first round isn’t an option in Joey Bosa’s family. It’s a requirement. The Ohio State defensive end is expected to be a top-five pick April 28 and could go No. 1 to the Tennessee Titans. He’ll further the legacy of his dad, John, and maternal uncle Eric Kumerow, who were drafted No. 16 in back-to-back years (1987 and ’88) by the Dolphins. Joey’s younger brother, Nick, will be a freshman at Ohio State in the fall and is considered an even better prospect. But what about the next generation? “Got to marry a tall, athletic girl and breed football players, I guess,” Joey said Friday. The scouting combine in considered one of the toughest job interviews, but it doesn’t seem like a stressful endeavor for Bosa.
