After keeping Elliott in check throughout the first half – he had 15 rushing yards on nine carries then – Rutgers couldn’t carry that over to the second half. While the Ohio State Buckeyes are still undefeated, and they remain #1 in the rankings, they have had a bit of a rocky road to this point. Which team has the better defense? Wide receiver Braxton Miller turned in a dynamic performance – which included an acrobatic 45-yard reception in which Miller lost it on the way down, but somehow regathered it while laying on his back and a defender on top of him – his first since a season-opening win at Virginia Tech.
