The Big Ten Conference announced today that the October 8th game between Ohio State and Nebraska will be a night game and shown on ABC. Kickoff is at 8:00 p.m. This will be the 3rd game between these two teams in 55 years and Ohio State’s first game in Lincoln Nebraska. Ohio State has won both prior match-ups.
Ohio State’s first-ever game in Lincoln, Neb., against the Nebraska Cornhuskers Oct. 8 will be carried by ABC, the Big Ten Conference confirmed today. Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. The game will be only the third between these two storied programs and the first in 55 years. The teams met in the 1955 and 1956 seasons in Columbus with Ohio State claiming 28-20 and 34-7 wins, respectively.
